6. Delivery Delays
CraftyRootz makes reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery. However, delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

- Strikes or operational disruptions
- Public holidays
- Courier-related delays
- Incorrect or incomplete address information
- Unserviceable delivery locations

CraftyRootz will not be responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address or the customer’s failure to accept delivery, any re-shipping may be subject to additional shipping charges.
8. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may make one or more delivery attempts depending on their applicable procedures.
Customers are requested to remain available at the provided delivery address and respond to calls or delivery notifications from the courier where necessary.
Failure to accept delivery may result in the package being returned to the sender.
9. Damaged Package at Delivery
If the package appears visibly damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery, we recommend that you:
- Take photographs of the package before opening it.
- Record a continuous uncut/ unaltered unboxing video.
- Contact CraftyRootz within 3 working days with your order details and supporting photographs/videos.
Any damage-related claim will be reviewed by CraftyRootz on a case-by-case basis.
10. No Return / No Refund
Products purchased from CraftyRootz are non-returnable and non-refundable, subject to any rights or remedies that may be available under applicable law.

11. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
CraftyRootz accepts online payments only through the payment methods made available at checkout.
