1. No Return Policy
All products purchased from CraftyRootz are non-returnable.
Once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been received, the product cannot be returned for reasons including:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Product not meeting personal expectations
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Incorrect size, colour, design, or variant selected by the customer
- Delay in delivery caused by the courier or logistics provider
- Any other reason not covered under an approved exception mentioned in this policy
We strongly recommend carefully reviewing the product description, photographs, specifications, and other available information before placing your order.
2. No Refund Policy
All sales are final and no refunds will be provided once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been received.
Refund requests due to change of mind, accidental orders, incorrect selection, or personal preference will not be accepted.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or materially different from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
To enable us to review the issue, you may be required to provide:
- Order number
- Photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging
- Unboxing video is mandatory
- A description of the issue
Any claim will be reviewed by CraftyRootz on a case-by-case basis.
If the issue is verified and approved by CraftyRootz, we may, at our sole discretion, provide an appropriate resolution such as a replacement or another suitable remedy.
Approval of any replacement or other remedy is subject to verification of the reported issue.
4. Unboxing Video
For fragile, handcrafted, decorative, or valuable products, we strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video from the time the package is sealed until the product is completely unpacked.
An unboxing video is required to help us verify claims relating to damage during delivery or missing components.
5. Cancellation of Orders
Orders cannot normally be cancelled once they have been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed.
If you wish to request cancellation before your order is processed for dispatch, you may contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and will be considered at the discretion of CraftyRootz.
If an order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation will not be available.
6. Online Payments Only
CraftyRootz currently accepts online payments only.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Orders can be placed only after successful completion of the available online payment process.
We do not accept cash payments upon delivery.
7. Failed or Unsuccessful Payments
If your payment fails or is not successfully completed, your order may not be confirmed.
If an amount has been debited from your account but your order has not been successfully confirmed, please contact us with the relevant transaction details. We will review the payment status and assist you accordingly.
8. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions
CraftyRootz reserves the right to cancel or hold an order if we reasonably suspect fraudulent, unauthorized, or suspicious payment activity.
Where required, additional verification may be requested before an order is processed.
Order Cancellation Due to Product Unavailability
Although we make every effort to ensure product availability, an item may occasionally become unavailable after an order is placed. In such cases, CraftyRootz reserves the right to cancel the affected order and will initiate a full refund of the amount paid by the customer to the original payment method. Refund processing time depends on the payment gateway and the customer’s bank.
